• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund any amounts paid.

Orders & Payment

• Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price.
• Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods available at checkout.
• All payment processing is handled by certified, secure third-party payment processors. UNS Creations does not store your full payment card details.

Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
• Express delivery: 2–3 business days where available (additional charge applies).
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control including courier delays or public holidays.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders undelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by you.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items, innerwear, and custom-order products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at unscreations2112@gmail.com with your order number.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will resolve such issues promptly at no additional cost.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including our logo, brand name, product images, website design, graphics, and text — is the exclusive property of UNS Creations and protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
